Joined Hays plc in May 1995, involved in permanent recruitment. Progressed to Manager of the Manchester office with responsibility for recruitment across the North West of England. Established MTR with Richard in 2001.

Richard Mackertich - Founding Director

Responsible for a contract division within the Manchester office of Hays plc from June 1995. Moved to Leeds in 1997 to manage the Yorkshire office, focusing on permanent recruitment, before leaving to set up MTR with John in 2001.

We have a large client base, many who have worked with us since the mid 90s and appreciate the experience we have that can help their recruitment process. Our business is built on referrals and word of mouth and our clients benefit from our industry knowledge"
