Business Development Manager (M&E) Leeds

Working closely with the business development Director, you will be responsible for targeting new clients, expanding the existing client base and preparing for & presenting tender applications for a leading M&E main contractor.

You must have a track record within a business development environment and knowledge of the building services sector is essential.

M&E Bid Manager (West Yorkshire)

Mechanical and Electrical division of main contractor covering Public and Private sectors, are looking to recruit a Senior Bid Manager.

The role involves coordinating bids, production and delivery of presentation materials and production of the final written submissions. Candidates need to have excellent knowledge of: pricing and costing, best practice, bid strategy, risk analysis and value engineering. Previous experience of bidding/2 stage tendering for BSF schemes is essential and to have progressed from a Mechanical and Electrical background desirable.
