Permanent Positions

• You will have an initial consultation with an experienced consultant who will establish your career requirements
• We will identify potential vacancies and companies of interest and keep you up to speed on progress
• Our consultants will prepare a professional, easy to read CV, take references and verify professional memberships & qualifications - all important factors to our Employers
• Over the course of your dealings with MTR you will get regular communication and informative feedback from interview to offer stage including advice on interviews, resignation & counter offers

Temporary / Contract Positions

• After an initial consultation, we will identify potential contracts & vacancies that match your requirements
• We completely manage the payroll process which guarantees accurate and prompt weekly payments including Holiday Pay (for PAYE Workers only) and competitive rates of pay
• Reference checking, verification of professional memberships, qualifications and certification is an essential part of our QA procedures
• Regular contact and "aftercare" ensures suitable follow on contract
