Contracts Manager

This company are a long established family run multi disciplinary construction business with a solid heritage that promotes the development of its employees through re investment in training and mentoring.

They have developed long term relationships with a variety of public and private sector clients with over 60% of work secured through local frameworks.

They have a requirement for a Contracts Manager to join their Construction Division who carry out challenging projects often in live environments to c£4m including, refurbishment, extensions and new build works in the university, schools, heritage, health, leisure and retail sectors.

Applicants will be competent leaders who have a successful track record of delivering multiple projects with responsibility for managing site teams, being the main point of contact for the client and external consultants, health & safety governance, monitoring programmes of work and reporting on progress internally and to the client.

This role also represent a real opportunity to progress to an Senior Operational management role within the business and have a real input on the direction of the company.
