Contracts Manager Building

We are working with a successful Regional Construction Business who are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee projects in their North West region.

Reporting to the Regional Director you will be expected to manage up to 4 projects dependent on values and complexity with full responsibility from initial site set up to completion on time within budget.

As a member of the Senior Management team you will be the first point of contact for all stakeholders in the construction process including the client and their associated consultants, sub-contractors, public bodies and members of the public if required.

Applicants will be experienced in delivering projects in the education, health, sport & leisure, public and listed buildings, student accommodation, industrial and commercial sectors.

You will be contractually and commercially aware with a desire to deliver profitable projects within program whilst developing and maintaining strong relationships with the supply chain and managing the clients expectations.
