Contracts Manager Main Building

Contracts Manager required by a long established regional building contractor who operate throughout the North West.

They are a long standing client who have achieved impressive growth in the region through developing work through local frameworks or via repeat clients in the education, health, heritage, public buildings and industrial sectors.

The role will be to manage the teams on up to 4 projects running concurrently ranging in value from £500k to £5m with responsibility for programming, client liaison, health and safety planning, budgeting with the commercial team, chairing progress meetings and board reporting.

The company are in a very healthy financial position and thus have a loyal supply chain.
