HR Advisor

The company are a long established privately owned main building contractor who operate throughout the North West and Yorkshire regions on a range of projects in the industrial, residential, commercial, automotive, manufacturing and leisure sectors.

Due to continued growth in their North West region they have a firm commitment to develop their team through the recruitment of Trainees and Apprentices.

To facilitate this growth they are looking to appoint an HR Advisor to establish systems to manage the training and development of these recruits and the administration associated with this. Working closely with the line Managers you will also provide general HR advice.

Applicants will have -

Experience working in Human Resources with a good general knowledge and understanding of HR policies ideally with an HR qualification.
Highly computer literate, high level of Excel skills with an ability to compile documents and progress reports.
Experience working in a construction environment would be desirable.
