Our Client is an established building contractor based in West Yorkshire who turnover c£20m and employ over 100 staff.

Due to an increased order book and planned growth of the company, they are looking for a HR Manager to join their Yorkshire office.

The ideal candidate will support senior managers in maintaining all employee personnel details and updating the HR System, dealing with starters & leavers issuing all relevant documentation and possess an excellent working knowledge of current employment law legislation. In addition you will be involved with payroll, recruitment and staff training & development.

You will be CIPD Qualified with previous experience in an HR role and possess excellent IT skills and in return you will receive a competitive basic salary and benefits with the opportunity to develop your own role by introducing new initiatives and procedures to the business.
