Project Manager New Build

We are working on behalf of a long established, privately run construction group who operate throughout the North West.

The company are looking to recruit a Project Manager to strengthen their operational team.

The initial scheme will be a 50+ unit extra care facility which is a new build scheme with full M & E package.

You will be skilled in motivating and co-ordinating site teams, site programming, liaising with external representatives involved in the project including designers, consultants, client representatives and local authorities. Working closely with the commercial team you will ensure that the project is delivered within budget whilst identifying opportunities to improve performance in line with the clients expectations as the project progresses.

You will be well qualified and have a successful track record in a Project Management capacity with a main contractor - care home experience would be an added benefit but not essential.
