Site Manager - Affordable Housing

My client are a well-established contractor operating throughout Yorkshire & the North West, specialising in the development of affordable housing they have built enviable relationships with some of the key housing associations and have a great reputation in the market. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to oversee a development of in excess of 50 units. Taking the project from commencement to completion we are looking for a confident manager who can commit for a minimum of 12-18 months.



Site Manager Job Description/Reasons to apply:

• We are looking for an experienced Site Manager who can take a project from commencement to completion including snags & handovers
• We are looking for an experienced manager who can take ownership of the site; placing orders, creating short-term programmes, liasing and managing sub-contractors to ensure a quality job is delivered
• On offer is a long-term contract with a well-known contractor and the opportunity to take a project through to completion
• You will need to hold your SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS Card
