Site Manager - Extra Care Development

My client are a leading regional contractor with expertise within the residential, health & education markets. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to work on an extra-care development in Barrow-in-Furness. The job is nearing completion and will consist of completing internal snags & external works. This would suit an immediately available Site Manager looking for a role based locally in Barrow.



Site Manager Job Description:

• Creating & completing snag lists ensuring a quality product is being handed over
• Calling back sub-contractors to complete works in a timely fashion
• Liaising with contractors, clients and all interested parties to relay progress etc.
• Overseeing H&S on site ensuring all legislation is being adhered too
• Managing quality control



Site Manager Job Requirements:

• Experience managing new build projects having taken projects through to completion
• SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS Card as a minimum
• The ability to travel to and from Barrow on a daily basis
