A rapidly expanding Cheshire based Construction and Engineering Company are keen to appoint a Co-ordinator / Supervisor to join their Aftercare team with the Operations department.
The role is to work closely with the Aftercare Manager to assess works that need completing during the defects period.
This will involve liaising with clients to agree the scope of works and then co-ordinating with sub-contractors to ensure that the work is completed to the clients’ satisfaction.
Aso involved would be completing snags lists and agreeing any extras with clients to complete additional works.
The company carry out modular, refurbishment and design & build schemes predominantly for healthcare clients ranging in value from £5 - 35m in value but the bulk of the defects work will be of an M & E bias.
Applicants can be from an academic or trades background, ideally with a construction qualification and some experience but most importantly be keen to kickstart their career in the construction industry.
The role will be office based in Cheshire but may require travel to sites around England.
