They have an excellent, reliable supply chain, have excellent financial background and are part of a larger Group but have the freedom to operate independently.
The Role:
They are now in a position to add to their small Commercial team due to their pipeline of work.
They are due to commence a number of new sites around the North West and want to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who will work closely with an experienced Senior QS to commercially manage a couple of their schemes.
You will receive support from the Senior QS and Commercial Director who will help you’re your training and development.
You will work closely with the operations and technical teams to reach a successful commercial outcome on your projects.
The role will be split between the head office and your sites.
The plan is for someone to join as an Assistant QS and with support, development and guidance to be given your own sites to commercially manage independently as the QS within 18 months or so of joining the business.
You:
They would like to recruit an Assistant QS with knowledge and experience of working on new build housing sites (private or social).
You will be based in or be able to commute to their office/sites in the North West of England.
