£35,000 to £40,000 Per Annum
We are working with a market leading contractor whose NW team would generally deliver projects for public sector clients valued up to £20 Million.
They are privately owned, cash rich and make margins vastly above the industry average.
Due to growth and ambitious plans they are now in a position to recruit a Bid Coordinator to their Pre-Construction team.
This is a really good opportunity to join a highly successful team and gain a thorough grounding in the various preconstruction functions.
You will work with the other functions in putting together persuasive bids for construction projects.
You will also work closely with the design managers, planners, bid managers and the technical & operational delivery teams to give you a thorough understanding of the construction process.
On-going support and development will be provided by the Bid Managers, Pre-Construction Manager/Director and the company Directors.
You will be exposed to all areas of the business and your ultimate career path may lie in a different function.
This contractor provide really good support and training to help you to be successful in whichever field you choose to develop your career in.
They would like to recruit a Construction Graduate with some practical experience gained within a preconstruction function – they would be particularly keen to speak with someone with estimating or graphics experience.
This role is largely office based so you will need to be based within commuting distance of their office.
You will be IT literate and have good communication skills.
