£38,000 to £40,000 Per Annum

We are working with a well-known Regional Building Contractor who successfully deliver high profile, new build projects for a varied client base mainly in and around Greater Manchester.
They are in the process of building a very successful Housing division and are now in a position to add an experienced Customer Care Technician to the team.
The role to begin with will be joint - working directly for the Customer Care Manager carrying out inspections, putting a schedule of works together then completing the work. In the next 12 months the plan will be for the role to become purely inspection and have a Technician reporting directly to you.
The successful candidate must be flexible, well presented and have a good customer approach
You must be proficient in all areas of maintenance (decoration, localised plastering, joinery, tiling, sealant etc) and be capable of using your initiative to ensure customer satisfaction.
Holding a First Aid certificate would be an advantage as would being qualified in a specific trade.
The successful candidates must have previous experience of working in a similar role and be self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work both independently and within a team.
