They have excellent relationships with their clients that means they enjoy a good proportion of repeat, negotiated business. Their senior management team are dynamic, knowledgeable and very approachable, many of them have been recruited from high profile national contractors. They have grown gradually over the last 10 years and received a number of high-profile industries awards this year for their projects.
The Role:
Due to growth and an impressive pipeline of work already secured for 2024-25 they are in the middle of a recruitment drive that we are helping them with and they would like to recruit a Graduate Construction Planner to their team in the North West. The role involves working closely with an experienced Senior Planner working on significant £Multi Million new build and refurbishment projects for blue chip clients.
You will be involved in tender planning and contract planning on live projects.
On-going support and development will be provided by Planning team and Company Directors.
You:
They are looking to recruit a Graduate Planner, who has recently secured a Construction Management or Building degree, to join their small Planning team in Preston.
Previous practical Planning experience isn't a pre-requisite for this role – they would much rather recruit someone with the right attitude to learn and progress – they are really keen to help you with this.
You will be based in or be able to commute to their office in Preston.
You will be IT literate, they use ASTA so experience of this would be handy but is not a pre-requisite, if you have experience of using other Project Planning software that would be useful too.
