MTR Partnership are currently are currently on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to over see a number of commercial interior fit-out projects.
Our client is a growing National Interior Contactor, with numerous projects throughout the country.
The role will be based out of our client’s head office in Leeds, with frequent travel to London to oversee new projects.
Main Duties include:
- Check and approve or clarify project details at handover stage from the operations Coordinator
- Organise site surveys and installation dates including client liaison
- Process survey information and all drawing approvals
- Attend site progress meetings and provide site teams with necessary supporting technical information
- Carry out or arrange surveys and have adequate resource to assist on site when required
- Attend and contribute to effective weekly projects meetings
- Record and plan in respect of forward production and installation requirements
- Monitor and continually improve service quality
The ideal candidate will have Experience in Managing several high value projects at once and have experience with CAD.
