The company are a long established privately owned main building contractor who operate throughout the North West and wider regions on a range of projects in the local governent, health, care, residential, leisure and commercial sectors
Due to significant project wins they are looking to recruit a Project Manager to lead projects to c£15m in their North West region.
The role will be to motivate and manage the site team, evaluating and influencing performance of sub-contractors, creating and revising programmes as required, design team co-ordination, health and safety management, reporting to the regional board on progress, identifying and solving resource issues, chairing design and progress meetings with the site teams and the client.
Applicants will be able to demostrate a pattern of continuous improvement during a consistent career path and have a successful track record of managing projects from start to finish in a main contractor environment.
