Project Manager Housing Groundworks

I am working with a well established Civil Engineering Contractor who carry out groundworks, roads and general civils contracts.

Their client base is largely volume housebuilders although they are starting to broaden their client base and scope of works.

They are looking to recruit a Project Manager with experience in cut & fill, roads, sewers, foundations and associated civils. The initial project is a £22.5m package on a 4 year scheme for a major housebuilder.

The main aim of the role is to manage the site team to ensure that the programme is followed to time and budget whilst following the company's strict health and safety procedures. 

This role would suit an accomplished Project Manager who has a successful track record of delivering similar projects and is keen to join a company with a strong order book and healthy balance sheet.
