Project Manager Main Building Contracting

The company are a long established privately owned main building contractor who operate throughout the North West and Yorkshire regions on a range of projects in the industrial, residential, commercial, automotive, manufacturing and leisure sectors. 

Due to a number of significant project wins they are looking to recruit a Project Manager to lead projects to c£15m in value in their North West region.

The role will be to motivate and manage the site team, evaluating and influencing performance of sub-contractors, creating and revising programmes as required, design team co-ordination, health and safety management, reporting to the regional board on progress, identifying and solving resource issues, chairing design and progress meetings with the site teams and the client.

Applicants will be strong leaders with a successful track record of delivering projects in various sectors.
