Project Manager Main Contracting

We are working with a long established, privately owned and managed main building contractor who operate throughout the North West.

A well known and respected company they have a healthy balance sheet and are committed to the undertaking profitable projects rather than chasing turnover. 

The company are looking to recruit a Project Manager which is an opportunity to run your own project autonomously with back up from a supportive management team and loyal supply chain.

The initial scheme will be a C £8m student accommodation project which is a new build scheme with full M & E package.

You will be skilled in motivating and co-ordinating site teams, site programming, liaising with external representatives involved in the project including designers, consultants, client representatives and local authorities. Working closely with the commercial team you will ensure that the project is delivered within budget whilst identifying opportunities to improve performance in line with the clients expectations as the project progresses.

You will be well qualified and have a successful track record in a Project Management capacity with a main contractor - RC frame experience would be a benefit. 

The company are experiencing a period of structured growth with a number of noteable project wins with new clients aswell as securing work through regional frameworks.
