Project Manager - Working Away, Modular

I am working with arguably the UK's leading contractor within the modular healthcare market. The contractor themselves are based within the NW but are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead an £18m development in Cambridge. The job itself entails the extension and refurbishment to an existing healthcare setting. Commencing imminently with a build programme running until June 2023, you'll be expected to work away Mon-Fri but rates are negotiable to cover travel/lodging expenses. Having grown substantially over the past few years, there is a real prospect for follow on works in a growing and resilient market!

Project Manager - Requirements/Reasons to apply:

• We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can lead the site team from commencement to final completions, you'll be managing client relations and chairing meetings etc.


• The project itself is an interesting development, it'll be a great addition to the CV and one of them jobs you can look back on and be truly proud.


• You'll need to hold a valid CSCS card, First Aid & SMSTS to be considered
