The Company:

We are working with an International Construction Consultancy with offices across the world.

They provide a range of services for their clients including Advisory, Claims, Dispute Resolution and Expert Witness services across delay, quantum, technical and project management disciplines. They provide support and advice to their clients managing claims, resolving disputes, assessing potential entitlements and possible liabilities, and acting as expert witnesses in legal proceedings.

The Roles:

Due to continued growth they are now in a position to recruit Senior Consultants to their North West based team.

Typically office based with occasional client visits you will be responsible for working alongside Industry Experts on commissions for Top Tier Contractors, Clients and Subcontractors.

Typical projects will be larger scale Building and Civil engineering/Power projects.

Your role will be to help analyse contracts (predominantly JCT and NEC) identifying salient points.


You be a Quantity Surveyor with experience gained working on larger scale construction projects either gained within a main Contractor, M&E Contractor, Consultancy or a combination of these.

You will need to have great attention to detail, be analytical with a strong Education (Ideally degree and Chartership).

They would like to recruit experienced Quantity Surveyors or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a stable employment history.

You will be based in or be able to commute to the North West of England daily.

You will be confident in a Client facing role.

Have great communication skills.
