We are working with a leading Building Subcontractor whose North West Regional Office has created an excellent reputation gained working for many of the leading main contractors across the North West.
They have developed great relationships with their clients that means they enjoy a good proportion of repeat, negotiated business and have already secured their turnover target for 2022-3.
Their senior management team are dynamic, knowledgeable and very approachable.
They typically make excellent margins, have a really strong supply chain who they treat well and have a low staff turnover.
Due to a number of recent project wins and an impressive pipeline of work they need to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their small but growing Commercial Team.
The role is to typically work on a number of smaller valued projects or one or two larger schemes (they take on projects valued from £500k up to £15 Million).
Your time will be spent in the office and on site.
There is a clear route from Senior QS in to a Managing QS role working directly for the Regional Commercial Director for someone with the relevant ambition, drive and experience.
They would like to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor or an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their small, friendly Commercial team based in Cheshire.
Ideally, they would like to recruit someone who has worked for a building subcontractor in a similar role previously.
You will be based in or be able to commute to the North West of England.
You will have an understanding of construction contracts.
