Senior Site Manager
Preston
£50k - £60k + car allowance and package
We are currently working with a privately owned, regional contractor who turnover £30m, and specialise in new build and refurbishments of hotels, student accommodation, commercial and residential works across the North of England, typically valued up to £15m. They secure the majority of their work through repeat business, frameworks and tender.
Due to recently securing a £4m new build apartment scheme, they are now looking for a Senior Site Manager to oversee works on site.
Key Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of Site Management experience working on related schemes.
- Safety - a background in safe working, a commitment to following procedure and removing risk.
- On-time delivery - an ability to understand and work to a clear programme of works. Ability to lead and manage subcontractors and workforce.
- High Quality - commitment to a high-quality product, and experience in using quality plans.
- Cost Control - experience in reducing waste and working to a clear cost control plan.
- Communication - the ability to interact well with all project stakeholders which includes our project team, subcontractors, clients and consultants
