Location: Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire

MTR Partnership are currently recruiting for a leading contractor who are on the lookout for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new £1.4m Extension to a School based in Sowerby Bridge near Halifax.  



This role is currently on a 6 - Month rolling contract with potentially more opportunities available for the right candidate. 



Duties Include:

•    Managing sub-contractors and overseeing labour on site 

•    Managing Refurbishment & New build Projects in Schools

•    Ensuring H&S protocol is followed



The ideal candidate would have prior experience managing refurbishment & extension projects in Public Buildings.
