Site Manager Building Contracting

The company are a long established privately owned main building contractor who operate throughout the North West and Yorkshire regions on a range of projects in the industrial, residential, commercial, automotive, manufacturing and leisure sectors. 

Due to a number of significant project wins they are looking to recruit a Site Manager to support the Project Manager on projects to c£15m  in their North West region.

Reporting to the Project Manager the role will be to motivate and manage the site team, evaluating and influencing the performance of sub-contractors, health and safety management, progress reporting, materials procurement and liaising with the clients representatives when required. 

Applicants will be strong leaders with a successful track record of delivering projects in various sectors.
