Site Manager Externals

I am working with a Manchester based developer & building contractor who over the last 20 years have become one of the leading players in the City's residential market creating high end apartments by transforming old buildings into luxurious living spaces in addition to new build apartment schemes. 

They are looking to recruit a Externals Site Manager initially to oversee the construction of traditional brickwork facades on a prestigious new build apartment scheme in Manchester. 

Applicants will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of working on high rise apartment schemes and multi occupational properties with a particular focus on brickwork and external facades. 

You will work closely with contractors on site to ensure projects are completed to the desired quality and budget whilst adhering to strict safety procedures to the ultimate satisfaction of the client.
