The company are a long established privately owned main building contractor who operate throughout the North West and Yorkshire regions on a range of projects in the industrial, commercial, healthcare, leisure, education and public building sectors.
Due to an increasing pipeline of work they are projecting their best year ever and to support this are looking to recruit an additional Site Manager initially to work on a new build office development in Cheshire.
The role will be to motivate and manage the site team, direct and monitor the performance of sub-contractors, creating and revising programmes as required, design team co-ordination, health and safety management, reporting on progress, identifying and solving resource issues, chairing design and progress meetings with the site teams and the client.
Applicants will be strong leaders with a successful track record of delivering projects in various sectors ideally with experience of steel framed, piling through to high end fit out.
