We are working with a well-established regional contractor who specialise in Education, Health & Commercial projects. They work primarily for public sector bodies undertaking a diverse range of refurbishment projects to circa £2m in value. They’ve asked us to source an experienced Site Manager to commence on site late Jan.
This is a long-term position with a contractor who has a number of schemes in Greater Manchester & Lancashire.
Site Manager Requirements/Reasons to apply:
- We are looking for an experienced Site Manager who is keen to secure a long-term freelance position
- You’ll have worked ideally on a range of public sector schemes including Education & Healthcare projects
- Being based in Greater Manchester would be handy as the majority of this contractors’ projects are local
- You’ll need to hold a valid SMSTS & First Aid to be considered
