Working Foreman / Site Manager

I am working with a Lancashire based family run Construction business who have forged an excellent reputation in their field over almost 50 years in business.

They operate for a wide range of repeat clients in the Local Authority, Charity, Heritage, Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Industrial sectors.  

The company recruit their own apprentices many of whom are still with the business having progressed into management roles and work with a loyal supply chain who have the same aim of achieving total client satisfaction. 

Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a Working Foreperson and a Site Manager to work on projects to c£2m in value.

The role will be to motivate and manage the site teams and allocate, direct and monitor the performance of director labour and subcontractors, creating and revising programmes as required, design team co-ordination, health and safety management, reporting on progress, identifying and solving resource issues, chairing design and progress meetings with the site teams and the client.
