Site Manager - Prestigious High Rise Residential

My client are a leading regional contractor with expertise within the High Rise Residential, Education, Commercial & Health markets. Due to a new contract win they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a prestigious apartment scheme in Coventry. With the contract already awarded this is a genuine opportunity to join a leading contractor with an exciting forward order book!



Site Manager Job Description:

• Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met.
• Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public
• Co-ordinating and supervising construction workers
• Selecting tools and materials
• Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• Maintaining quality control procedures
• Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork



Site Manager Job Requirements:

• CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid @ Work
• The ability to travel to and from Coventry on a daily basis
• Experienced in the management of high rise residential schemes
