The Company:
We are working with a successful regional contractor who have grown immensely over the past few years. They are looking to continue their successful growth and have asked us to source an Office/Contract Administrator to join their team.
The Role:
The role will be based out of their offices in Lancashire and are looking to meet with local individuals who, ideally will have worked as an Administrator for a construction company.
The role will assist the company Director’s with their day-to-day tasks; you will be involved in some of the companies’ legal obligations. Experience in this is preferred but they are big on training and development and spend time training staff to the required standard.
You:
They would like to recruit an Administrator who has worked in a similar role, ideally in construction.
You will be based in or able to commute to Lancashire on a daily basis.
You'll need to be IT Literate and be able to interpret and analyse data.
