£32k - £36k + car allowance and package
We are working with a well established, regional contractor, who specialise in the housing market. They are looking to add an Assistant Site Manager to work alongside their team on new build affordable schemes in and around Greater Manchester.
You:
- Experienced Assistant Site Manager in the housing sector
- You'll need to hold a valid SMSTS & First aid to be considered for this role
- Have a trades background with a working history at Assistant Site Manager level
- You will be based in or be able to commute to Greater Manchester
