Our client are an established, family-owned business who are recognised as one of the leading affordable house builders in the North
They are currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Management team in delivering a retirement village project in South Yorkshire
The successful candidate will be instrumental in coordinating day-to-day site activities, overseeing safety protocols, and ensuring seamless communication between subcontractors and clients
The ideal candidate will have;
- Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager within the build industry
- Strong understanding of construction principles and site safety regulations
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stay organised under pressure
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance
