They are actively seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, with a solid understanding of build and tender processes, and a proven track record of success within a main contractor environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the bid preparation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring competitive, compelling proposals that align with the company’s high standards for quality and excellence.
You will play a pivotal part in securing major contracts and expanding the company’s portfolio of landmark developments.
You will need;
- Proven experience as a Bid Manager within a main contractor setting
- In-depth understanding of build and tender processes
- Hands-on approach to bid management, from inception to submission
- Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Track record of securing significant contracts and contributing to business growth
