We are working with a relatively new building contractor who have picked up a variety of projects in the North West. They take on their own developments and are also working with a blue-chip public and private sector client base.
They have grown exponentially over the last few years building excellent relationships with clients and are a part of a larger Construction Group who are very cash rich so have excellent financial backing. They have very well-respected and experienced employees and a knowledgeable senior management team including a Commercial Director who has over 20 years’ experience working with leading Contractors and Developers.
The Role:
They are now in a position to add a Commercial Manager to their team; you will be project based on a multi-phased residential development.
The role has responsibility for a highly effective Quantity Surveying team.

This contractor provides really good support and training to help you to be successful in your career with Directors who are keen to pass on their knowledge.
You:
They would like to recruit a Commercial Manager who has experience of working in a similar role. They would also be keen to hear from Senior QSs or Managing QSs who are ready to take the step up into a Commercial Management role – they can support you with that transition.
You will be able to commute to their site in the Greater Manchester area.
You will be IT literate and contractually aware.
