We are working with a leading contractor who specialise in the leisure & hospitality markets. They’ve built an enviable reputation and work for a mixture of blue-chip clients and independents. They’ve asked us to source a Contracts Manager to support projects valued between £2m - £10m. The majority of these schemes are secured on a D&B basis so you’ll need to be technically astute.
Requirements/Reasons to apply:
- The contractor in question are a leading name in their field and the majority of their work comes from existing clients
- This role will be undertaking nationwide schemes, you’ll be expected to spend a few days a week working away from home to undertake client meetings/site visits
- You’ll be managing a talented and experienced management team
- They are open minded in terms of level of individual joining the business, they would be open to a Project Manager looking for the step up or an already established Contracts Manager
