We are working with a well-established, successful regional contractor who have asked us to source a Contracts Manager to join their team. They are capable of taking on construction projects valued up to £10m for a varied client base which are almost exclusively based in the North West of England.
They are privately owned, profitable and are active in several market sectors including; education, healthcare, leisure and commercial. They secure work through several key regional procurement frameworks and good relationships with private clients.
Requirements / Reasons to Apply:
Due to planned, controlled growth and a healthy pipeline of work for the rest of 2025 and beyond, they are now in a position to recruit a Contracts Manager.
To be successful in this role, you will have worked as a Contracts Manager for a main contractor and have experience in management of traditional D&B Contracts, ideally on similar schemes to those mentioned above.
