We are currently seeking a experienced Contracts Manager to join a reputable Leeds-based contractor with a turnover of c£15m
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects across various sectors, valued up to £4m, ensuring their successful delivery from inception to completion
This is a vital role that requires a confident leader capable of managing project teams, subcontractors, and clients effectively while maintaining strict adherence to budgets and deadlines
As part of the role, flexibility to work away from home when required is essential, reflecting the dynamic nature of the projects and the company's commitment to delivering exceptional service
The ideal candidate will need;
- Proven track record within a main contracting environment managing multiple projects
- Experience overseeing projects up to £4m across various sectors
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, with a focus on safety and quality
- Prepared to work away when required
- Knowledge of contract management, cost control, and risk mitigation
