We are working with a well-established, privately owned business who boast one of the most successful affordable housing arms in the North West. Working with the majority of the local registered providers, they have forged an enviable reputation in the market place and have a stable order book for the next 12 months plus! They are now looking for an additional Contracts Manager to join their team, overseeing 3-4 schemes at any one time.
Contracts Manager - Requirements/Reasons to apply:
