Our client is a part of a dynamic group of companies who are looking to bring on board an experienced Customer Care Manager to oversee defects on a range of their new build properties.
They are committed to excellent customer service, so are keen to find someone who feels the same way.
The role will mainly be to work within occupied properties on their new build developments, triaging defects and customer issues and where possible fixing the problem if minor. If a bigger solution is required you will be required to liaise with the relevant sub-contractors and ensure the work is completed and can be signed off.
The successful candidate must be flexible, well presented and have a good customer approach
You must be proficient in all areas of maintenance (decoration, localised plastering, joinery, tiling, sealant etc) and be capable of using your initiative to ensure customer satisfaction.
Holding a First Aid certificate would be an advantage as would being qualified in a specific trade.
The successful candidates must have previous experience of working in a similar role and be self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work both independently and within a team.
