Design Manager | North Yorkshire | Regional Contractor | £45k - £60k + package
I’m working with a growing North Yorkshire based contractor that specialises in façade and remediation works, particularly compliance-led schemes.
They’re looking to appoint a Design Manager to take ownership of design management and demonstrate competency to the Building Safety Regulator.
The Role
- Manage the design process from pre-construction through to completion
- Coordinate external consultants, designers, and specialist subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, fire safety, and façade standards
- Take ownership of design competency and regulatory submissions
- Identify and manage design risk and technical interfaces
- Support project teams with buildable, compliant design solutions

You’ll need:
- Strong technical understanding of construction and compliance
