The Company:
We are working with a leading top tier national contractor whose North West region has created a great reputation for delivering varied and interesting projects for clients based in the North West of England. They are in the process of building some of the North West’s most iconic projects.
They are a family business who genuinely look after their workforce and have a very approachable and successful senior management team in the region.
They secure the majority of their projects through negotiation (they are good at what they do and leave their clients pleased with their projects) and do work on selected Frameworks too.
They deliver projects in both Public & Private sector clients including commercial, multi-story residential, leisure and education schemes.
The Role:
They are now in a position to add a Document Controller to their North West team to work on a significant construction scheme in Manchester.
Working along-side the Project Management team, you will be responsible for managing the project documents and providing training and support to the project teams.
You:
You will have worked as a Document Controller for a Main Contractor, ideally on similar schemes to those mentioned above.
You will be based in or able to travel to Central Manchester on a daily basis.
You will have a good understanding of Document Control on large scale construction schemes.
