Electrical Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

We are working alongside an innovative and growing company who are at the forefront of the EV world!

They are looking to add an important piece to their team in recruiting for an Electrical Estimator / Surveyor

The position on offer is a hybrid position, mixing predominantly remote work with site visits nationwide when required and a steady presence in their Leeds office

You will play a pivotal role in creating design layouts for EV charging installations, producing comprehensive estimates for projects, and fostering relationships within an autonomous role, managing your workload independently and efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design layouts for EV charging installations using site survey data
• Preparing clear, comprehensive mark-ups and recommended installation methodologies for contractor bidding processes
• Prepare detailed Bills of Materials tailored to specific project requirements
• Cultivate and sustain an expanding network of sub-contractors throughout the country
• Provide regular updates to company directors on project progress and deliverables

Qualifications:

• NICEIC or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in electrical estimating, with a focus on EV infrastructure preferred.
