£32k - £42k + car allowance and package
We are working with a regional contractor that were established over 70 years ago and cover commercial, industrial and housing schemes throughout the North West. They have a great list of Blue Chip clients and the majority of their work is secured via repeat business & negotiated works.
They are looking for a Finishing Manager to work initially on an affordable apartment scheme in Stockport on behalf of a local housing association. They have a strong order book and can offer the stability of a long-term position.
You:
- Experienced Finishing Manager in the housing sector
- You'll need to hold a valid SMSTS & First aid to be considered for this role
- Based in or be able to commute to Stockport
