I am working with one of the regions leading contractors, they have built an enviable reputation in the hospitality & leisure markets. They've asked us to source 2 experienced Site Managers to work on schemes within the North West. One of these is a 28 week refurbishment to an existing hotel in the centre of Manchester valued at circa £2m. The other is an extension to an existing hotel down in Cheshire.
Site Manager - Requirements/Reasons to apply:
- We are looking for experienced Site Management professionals, experience working on hotels or fit out projects would be beneficial.
- You'll need to hold your SMSTS & First Aid. CSCS would be beneficial but not essential
- You'll be joining one of the leading contractors who have plenty of work in the pipeline an can offer the potential for follow on works
- Attractive rates will be on offer for the successful candidates
