They are privately owned, profitable and are active in several market sectors including; education, healthcare, extra care, residential, commercial and industrial.

The Role:
They would like to recruit a Junior/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to take on some smaller works projects in Greater Manchester.
Typical duties include:
- Tendering for the smaller schemes valued between £50,000 - £200,000
- CVRs for the above schemes
- Pricing smaller schemes
- Requesting quotations & placing material & sub-contractor orders/issuing Pos
- Monitoring Invoices from subbies and suppliers and cross check with POs for payment
You:
You will be able to commute to their offices and sites in the Cheshire area.
You will be IT literate and have an understanding of construction contracts.
You will ideally have experience working smaller works projects or measured term contracts.
