Pre-Construction Administrator

The Company:

We are working with an award-winning Regional Building Contractor whose NW team would generally deliver projects for public and private sector clients valued up to £6 Million.
They are privately owned, cash rich and secure work from a combination of public sector procurement frameworks and private sector clients.

The Role:

They have asked us to source a Pre-Construction Administrator who would work closely with the Estimators, Pre-Construction Manager and the rest of the pre-construction team helping to produce accurate and persuasive bids for work.

You’ll be involved in the production and coordination of tender documentation for both public and private sector clients, on a wide selection of projects, as well as construction framework submissions.

You can be involved with PQQs, ITT quality submissions, social value, producing case studies, updating and presenting staff CVs, formatting bid responses, health and safety accreditation, assessing client feedback and disseminating to the team.

This is a new role and once established in this position there is a clear progression route in to an Estimating position if that’s where you’d like to take your career.

 

You:

They would like to recruit an experienced administrator who must have experience gained working in the construction industry to be considered for the role.
You will be based in or be able to commute to their North West office.

You will be familiar with Microsoft packages and ideally InDesign and have good communication skills.
