Project / Senior Site Manager
Location: West Yorkshire

MTR Partnership are currently on the lookout for an experienced Project / Senior Site Manager to oversee a new Higher Education fit out project, based in West Yorkshire.
This would involve overseeing a £500k higher education fit out project that’s due to start in July, with our client aiming to have someone in place Immediately.
Duties Include:
Undertake day to day responsibility for safe delivery of all site-based operations.
- Maintaining necessary site records.
- Ensuring subcontractors complete their works in time and upon schedule.
- Ensure all subcontractors have adequate resources to complete their works.
- Monitor and direct that subcontractors to ensure their works are to the contract requirements, with regards to quality and safety
The ideal candidate would be client facing, friendly and positive, as well as having prior experience of managing fit out projects up to £2m at Senior Site Manager/Project Manager level.
